Best in Business is a team-building challenge that will get people working together more effectively, sharpen their communication skills and improve team morale. It's great for improving leadership skills - and it’s great fun, too! Teams are given the chance to start up and run their own business. With help from their colleagues, they try to turn Alcodrops Limited, Debts-R-Us, Ultraknicks, Verm-Exterm or one of many other enterprises into a success. Their goal is to get their company to grow faster and make more money than anyone else’s. Everyone has a role to play and many different opportunities to improve how their company is doing. To succeed, they will need to be as resourceful and flexible as if their new companies were real - except that the learning curve is much, much quicker and much, much more enjoyable. As with all our events, our experienced actor/facilitators are there to make sure everyone gets the most out of the challenge. The goalposts will keep moving and nothing should ever be taken for granted - except the conclusion. People will end Best In Business feeling rejuvenated, inspired and ready for anything.
