On The Ball

A lively, hilarious, team-building activity set in the giddy world of Premier League football. Players to buy and sell, matches to prepare for, crowds to attract, owners to keep sweet – On The Ball is a great, fun way of improving your decision-making and communication skills.

Olympic Glory

Our Olympic team-building event is different to everyone else’s. As well as competing in various Olympic sports for which supreme physical fitness definitely isn’t essential, people will belong to different national teams – and getting your team ready for the Games will play a big part in achieving Olympic glory.

There are plenty of different activities for everyone to get involved in and different ways in which you can help your team. Mostly this will involve working with and negotiating with lots of other teams, talking to lots of people, organising yourselves well and adjusting whatever your team is doing to cope with any sudden changes.

After the planning and preparation, the Games… The 100 Metres? Equestrian Events? We have our own way of running these and other featured sports to suit many different spaces and locations.

A Closing Ceremony allows for prizes to be given out and (if only for a short while) a spirit of peace, harmony and high achievement to prevail.

Team building early in the year tends to be very, very “work focused”. After all the wild shenanigans of Christmas and the New Year, everyone is at last trying to be serious again… Diligent. Industrious. Sometimes downcast. And a bit dull!

Fortunately, what we do is not only very successful in tackling key workplace issues – it’s also great fun. Running team-building events is a seasonal business.  So what happens in winter – and only in winter?
