Ten Team Building Challenges That Only Happen in Winter…

December 2nd, 2010

The truth about seasonal team building: winter

Running team-building events is a seasonal business.  So what happens in winter – and only in winter?

  1. January Christmas parties.
  2. Fog inside and outside of the car.
  3. Losing some actors to panto.
  4. Guests regarding mulled wine as “not really alchoholic”.
  5. Guests passing through all 7 stages of drunken-ness* before we even arrive.
  6. Guests overdoing everything that they are definitely going to give up in January.
  7. Santa costumes getting nicked.
  8. Sleigh bells jingling and ring ting tingaling too many times.
  9. Fear of turning into Mr. Scrooge.
  10. Peace and goodwill to all men and women and reindeer
