Quizes are great fun and can help teams work together better – but only if they are put together and run in the right way. Everyone must feel as if they have a contribution to make. In too many quizes, a few clever people dominate and everyone else feels a bit spare.
Our quizes are devised so that there is something for everyone in them. They aren’t just about brain power. They come in several different forms: a standard pub quiz (with a few extra rounds thrown in), a film quiz, our Business Brainiacs business quiz, etc.
The exact format will vary according to the kind of group you are and how long you have, but some ingredients won’t change: you’ll have a great time, you’ll see your colleagues in a new light, you’ll be talking about it for a long time afterwards – and one team will be the winners!
Often mixing general knowledge, music, celebrity spotting and a subject very specific to your group, the questions are arranged so that everyone in your team will be able to contribute something.
You don’t need a pub to run our pub quiz in. It can be done in your office, at a conference, during the day, over dinner – wherever and whenever you like! Because it’s an event we’ve created, you can be sure there will be some unexpected and ingenious twists and turns along the way.
