Whatever the work issues are that need addressing, we will devise scenarios and programmes to tackle them head on: how to improve customer service, how to negotiate more effectively, how to communicate better, how to become more culturally aware and so on.

The exact format is something we will arrange with you. In some scenarios, it's best to work with individuals on their own. In others, our actors will begin by demonstrating to everyone how not to do it, then invite feedback and participation to highlight what has gone wrong and how to fix it. We'll then put people into small groups so that, away from the spotlight, they can apply what they have learned for themselves.

Roleplay allows people, in a supportive and constructive environment, to see themselves as others see them - and to learn valuable lessons on how they might change.
