Best In Business is a team building challenge which gets people working together more effectively, sharpens their communication skills and improves team morale. And it’s great fun, too!
Teams are given the chance to start up and run their own business. With help from their colleagues, they try to turn Alcodrops Limited, Debts-R-Us, Ultraknicks, Verm-Exterm or one of many other enterprises into a success. Their goal is to get their company to grow faster and make more money than anyone else’s.
Every team member has a role to play. They all have many different opportunities to improve how their company is doing. To succeed, they need to be as resourceful and flexible as if their new companies were real – except the learning curve is much, much quicker and much, much more enjoyable.
As with all our events, our experienced actor/facilitators are there to make sure everyone gets the most out of the challenge. The goalposts will keep moving and nothing should ever be taken for granted – except the conclusion. People will end Best In Business feeling rejuvenated, inspired and ready for anything.

• Wherever you want, providing the space is OK (can be run in one room)
